How do I make changes to or cancel my order?
This is where it gets tricky! Our goal is to ship orders immediately so we have set up our system to automatically process your order as quickly as possible. For that reason, we CANNOT make changes to or cancel your order after it has been submitted on our website. Please double-check all of your address information, the products you ordered, and the shipping method you've selected prior to completing your order.
If an error is made, we need you to receive the order and return it (if the return policy allows) for a refund. We are unable to refund your cost of shipping and handling if you decide that you do not want an order after it has been sent to the warehouse for processing.
